Fitness for Diving - To undertake diving activities you must be fit to dive. A medical questionnaire has been developed to assess your suitability for scuba diving. The questionnaire requires you to answer "NO" or "YES" to each question. A "YES" answer does not necessarily exclude you from diving but will require you to see a doctor first who will complete the form for you.
